3. Planning meeting - We bring together some possible solutions that take account of your objectives, current plans and possible strategies you could adopt. After discussion, you decide what elements you want to take forward.

4. Implementation - Here we put your decisions into action and start to implement your plan

5. Review & adapt - We have face to face or virtual meetings to monitor your plan and adapt as appropriate
